Echo researcher, Guadalupe Peres Cajas, successfully obtained the title of Doctor in the Media and Communication Studies, after her public defense on Thursday the 13th of July 2023. Guadalupe's PhD thesis is called “Symmetrical Interactions, Shared Experiences and Dialogical Communication: Keys for collective sensemaking towards transdisciplinarity in inter-university cooperation for development”. The thesis focuses on understanding the sensemaking of Transdisciplinary Learning Communities in an inter university cooperation program, between Belgium and Bolivia. Supervised by: prof. Joke Bauwens, PhD (VUB), prof. Marc Craps, PhD (KU Leuven) and prof. Gerrit Loots, PhD (VUB)
