Fien Van Rosendaal

Fien Van Rosendaal earned her master's degree in Sociology of Culture and Inequality from the University of Antwerp in 2022. Following her studies, she joined Ligo Brusselleer, where she worked closely with illiterate adults. Currently, Fien is affiliated with OpenTime, a research center at Erasmus Hogeschool that focuses on practice-oriented research in futures studies. She also teaches courses on regenerative tourism, placemaking, and urban leisure. At ECHO, she works on a research proposal exploring young people's perceptions of nightlife in Brussels, with a focus on ‘insider-outsider’ dynamics.
